About Good Riddance
Eric's Trading System
Good Riddance is Eric Zosso's personal trading system. It runs autonomously on four market theses. The system started with $20 in real capital and is testing 148+ strategy variants with $100K in paper money. This is not a service, not financial advice, and not open for public trading. The theses are personal convictions. Eric is the operator. The system is his tool.
How AI Is Used Here
The trading system is built with Claude (by Anthropic) running inside Claude Code. The system runs autonomously during market hours, scanning prices, placing real trades, and managing exits. Claude helps analyze market data, generate the daily letter, and propose strategy adjustments. The daily letter is written by the system, not by Eric personally. It reports what the engine actually did. The website content was generated with AI assistance. The code is open source at github.com/EricTylerZ/good-riddance, and anyone can read exactly how it works. This is not AI pretending to be human. It is a system being transparent about being a system.
The Public Parts
The silver marketplace and the daily letter are open to EZ Merit members. The silver price oracle powers pricing across the ecosystem. Everything else is Eric's personal trading infrastructure.
Part of the Ecosystem
Good Riddance provides the silver price oracle used across Community Shield and the broader EZ Merit ecosystem. Built with Python, Alpaca, and Claude.
Not Financial Advice
This is not financial advice. Not a dealer. Not a broker. A community of neighbors trading real silver with each other.
Platform Role
This platform connects verified community members. It does not buy, sell, hold, or transport silver. It does not hold or transmit money. All exchanges happen directly between people.
Tax Responsibility
You are responsible for reporting your own taxes. Silver is taxed as a collectible (28% max capital gains rate). Cash transactions over $10,000 require Form 8300 filing within 15 days. Never split transactions to avoid reporting thresholds. That is a federal crime (31 USC 5324).
Trading System Disclaimer
Automated trading system. Not financial advice. Options involve risk of total loss of invested capital. All trading decisions are made by the system operator.
