Copper Roofs
Store value you can live under. A copper roof, kept like new by Good Riddance teams.
About
Copper is money you can put on a roof
Copper is sold by weight and has a market price every day, like silver. A roof puts that metal to work: it keeps the rain out for a century or more instead of sitting in a drawer. Copper prices rise and fall and nothing here promises a return. What a copper roof gives is a roof that does not wear out, made of a metal that always has a market.
Made from master coils, formed to your roof
Copper comes from the mill in large master coils. Good Riddance cuts and forms the coil into panels for each roof, so the metal on your building is real sheet copper all the way through. Hail country such as Colorado can dent copper. The dents are cosmetic and usually do not cause leaks, and heavier copper shows them less.
Rejuvenated, never replaced
A copper roof is not left alone for thirty years and then torn off. Good Riddance teams come back on a schedule. They clean and inspect the seams, re-solder or re-seat anything that moved, re-seal the flashings and refresh the finish, so the roof leaves each visit in better shape than it arrived. The old copper is never thrown away. The roof is kept and the copper stays on it.
Keep it bright or let it turn green
New copper is bright brown and weathers on its own into the green patina people recognize. Either one is a choice. The teams can keep the color you want, or leave it to age.
The same teams, for life
The people who install the roof are the people who maintain it. Good Riddance does not hand a copper roof to a subcontractor and leave. The goal is a lifetime warranty held by the same teams that look after the roof year after year. The warranty terms are written with the first roofs.
Real copper, not a copper look
Copper-colored painted steel is a coating, and a factory-baked coating cannot be repeated on a roof. Real copper is the same metal from top to bottom, so it can be cleaned, repaired and refreshed for as long as the building stands.
Ask about a copper roof
Roofs are quoted one at a time. Use the form below to ask about a full copper roof, or about copper for a porch, a dormer or gutters.
